In 2010, I went on a mission trip throughout India. The hard realities that I encountered on my journey, challenged and moved me to the core. While travelling from the northern state of Jammu to my home state of Kerala on a train, God gave me a vision to make a long-term difference in the lives of the poor and persecuted individuals and communities of North India. Inspired by this vision, I opened a bank account by faith in the name of ‘Christian Action for India’ in the United Kingdom (the country of my residence). My younger brother was the first one to donate and from there God has been instrumental in the growth of this Christian non-profit organization.
Christian Action for India has been involved in a number of important projects aimed at uplifting the spiritual and financial situation of the poor and persecuted individuals, families and church communities in various parts of North India. We have constructed churches, dug wells, constructed houses for the poor, distributed Bibles, treated the sick, helped poor orphans and distributed educational materials to poor children. Through unique and creative projects, we hope medical marijuana license that God will enable us to build churches, dig wells and support entrepreneurs in each and every tribal villages of North India. We would like to set up a strong foundation that would empower the financially and spiritually poor to stand on their own feet and impact the lives of everyone around them through the life-changing message of Christ.
Our vision is to bridge the spiritual and financial gap between the rich and the poor through Christ-centred ideas and methods and I hope you will support us through your prayers and gifts to change lives, transform communities and glorify God.
‘Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the word’
